Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is slow in the best way. You wander, you tap things, you read notes, and slowly the story of the town assembles itself. There's no combat and no timer, just atmosphere and curiosity.

The puzzles woven into the exploration are gentle but clever, mostly about noticing details you walked past earlier. I got stuck twice and both times the answer was something the game had quietly shown me an hour before.

The sound design carries a lot of the mood. Play it with headphones — it's a completely different, better experience.
